Cancellation Policy

Centre Ave Massage & Spa requires a 24-hour notice when cancelling a scheduled appointment time. Our therapists are paid a commission on each appointment. A last minute cancellation makes it difficult, if not impossible, to refill that appointment time.

If you cancel without sufficient notice you will be charged half price for the first missed session and full price for all subsequent missed appointments. You will be charged full price for all “No call/ No shows”. In the absence of a valid credit card number, any gift certificates or coupons on file will be voided for the appropriate amount in the event of a late cancellation or a “No call/ No show”. This fee must be paid before any further appointments can be scheduled.

If you are scheduling an appointment for the following day and it is inside of the 24-hour window you will have until the end of our regular business hours to reschedule the appointment. If you are scheduling a same day appointment you will have 30 minutes to call back to cancel.

Centre Ave Massage & Spa prides itself on providing our clients with their full time on the table; however this is contingent on your arrival time. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full time for which you scheduled. Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment you receive you will be responsible for the full price of the scheduled session.
